Lynn Cicero is a Registered Dietitian with more than twenty years experience counseling patients both in private practice and the hospital setting. She served formerly as Director of Health Services at Centenary College as well as a consultant to Drew University Health Services. She was employed as a Clinical Dietitian at St. Clares-Riverside Medical Center and Hackettstown Medical Center.

Ms. Cicero is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the American Association of Diabetes Educators. In the past, she has served on the Executive Board of the New Jersey Dietetic Association. She was a long-standing member of the Board of Consulting Nutritionist of New Jersey.

Ms. Cicero has been certified to teach the gluten-free diet by the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness. She has completed a preceptorship at the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center.

She holds an undergraduate degree from the College of Mt. St. Vincent and a Master of Science degree from Rutgers University Graduate School.
